As General Superintendent and Safety Director, Alvin provides hands-on field leadership through regular site oversight and coordination of project teams. He leads jobsite safety, quality control, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

With nearly two decades at Zeman Construction and extensive experience managing hospitality, retail, and commercial projects throughout the Upper Midwest, Alvin brings strong expertise in subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and problem-solving. He is known for fostering accountability, teamwork, and a strong culture of safety while delivering high-quality results in the field.

Outside of work, Alvin enjoys traveling and spending time on the golf course.
