Lee grew up immersed in the family business, which fueled his passion for the construction industry at an early age. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and has been with Zeman Construction since 2013, where he serves as a Senior Project Manager.

Lee has led complex renovation and construction projects across the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest, with extensive experience in faith-based, educational, and community-focused work. Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong relationships with clients and trade partners, he brings a hands-on approach to planning, coordination, and problem-solving to help ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.

When he’s not managing projects, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. An avid outdoorsman, he also enjoys golfing, coaching basketball, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.
