Since joining Zeman Construction in 2019, Reid has grown into a key leader on the team, taking on increasing responsibility and managing complex projects for a range of high-profile clients. He brings a strong foundation in commercial construction along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach that keeps projects moving and clients confident.

Reid has built a reputation for his work in hospitality, including restaurants, hotels, and private country clubs, where quality, precision, and client experience matter most. He understands the expectations that come with these environments and is known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams.

He holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and began his career in commercial construction throughout Wisconsin. Outside of work, Reid enjoys spending time on the golf course whenever he can.
