Rich LaVoy joined Zeman Construction in April 2026 and brings experience across educational, municipal, retail, and occupied renovation projects. His background in both General Contractor and Owner’s Representative roles provides a strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication throughout all phases of construction.

Experienced in active facilities and phased construction environments, Rich is known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail. His expertise in coordination, constructability review, and value engineering helps teams deliver projects efficiently while maintaining quality and minimizing disruption.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his family and staying actively involved in his local community.
