As a Senior Project Manager, he has led a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, with expertise spanning preconstruction through closeout. Norman is known for his steady leadership, clear communication, and ability to build strong relationships across teams.

He is also passionate about mentoring and developing others, helping guide team members while fostering a collaborative and productive project environment. Outside of work, Norman enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the slopes whenever he can.
